Comfortable bed, convenient location, with a small refrigerator that has a freezer for storing snacks, and friendly staff who were cute and helpful during check-in.

Indoor pool and hot tub provided a nice relaxation spot. The genuine hospitality from staff was really good, particularly Russell at check-in. Breakfast, made with local meats, was available early for those with long shifts. While the room had a decent refrigerator, the overall cleanliness could use improvement.

We had a pleasant time at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfy, and we enjoyed the lovely pool every day after visiting the local sights. The location was great for family outings. I'd definitely recommend it!

Staying here with my family was fantastic! The staff were very good, especially the crew at breakfast. We even checked out the Delta Downs Casino and had a little fun! They treat you like family here.

In my wife's opinion, more family-friendly activities would be great.

I stayed for 7 nights while visiting some local attractions. The indoor pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing after a long day, particularly Ms. Veronica and Mr Russell, were attentive and kind. The spacious King Room with a bath tub was quite comfortable too, which was a pleasant surprise.

The hotel had a pleasant lobby and friendly staff, but the rooms showed signs of neglect with outdated furnishings and cleanliness issues. The internet worked decently, but the ice machine was still broken. It's decent for the area but could use some improvements.

Ms. Veronica, mr toby, and mr russell were excellent. Their kindness. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a king room that featured a bath tub, which we loved. The indoor pool and hot tub were highlights for the kids!

I stayed at the Surestay Hotel By Best Western in Orange and had some mixed feelings. The indoor pool and hot tub looked nice, but the hot tub wasn't functioning correctly . That was disappointing because I was looking forward to relaxing after a long day. The breakfast options could really use some variety. Just a few pastries and waffles. I noticed some areas that could be cleaner, especially around the corners of the room where dust seemed to pile up. There were positives like the staff's attentiveness and a decent room, but improvements in cleanliness and breakfast would make a significant difference.
